R1YC brings practical learning, thoughtful guidance, and community participation together so young people can understand their strengths and take responsible next steps.
To complement families, schools, and communities with experiences that make learning useful, human, and connected to life.
Rescue1 Youth Club is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving students, young adults, schools, educators, families, and communities. Its work includes mentorship, life skills, workforce development, wellness, school partnerships, community engagement, event support, and practical learning experiences.
R1YC does not present one path as the only route to success. Programs help participants explore options, practice useful tasks, meet responsible adults, and make informed choices about school, work, business, and community life.
Provide mentoring, practical education, and community-connected experiences that help participants act with greater knowledge, responsibility, and purpose.
Build communities where young people can see multiple possibilities, access credible guidance, and develop the habits needed to pursue them.
Use conversation, demonstration, guided projects, reflection, and real-world exposure instead of relying on abstract claims.

Understand the students, school, family, or community context before recommending a format.
Choose focused learning areas, delivery expectations, responsible adults, and practical outcomes.
Use active participation, demonstrations, discussion, and guided practice to keep learning meaningful.
Help participants recognize what they learned and how it connects to their next decision.
R1YC envisions a supervised space where young people can encounter tools, demonstrations, technical pathways, creative work, and business thinking in a structured environment. This is a future facility vision—not a claim that the full facility is currently operating.
